PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Manager, Accounting Transformation is responsible for driving the delivery of transformation initiatives into GFC operations. This role combines deep process expertise with a focus on embedding transformational change. The role involves driving improvement initiatives agreed as part of broader Finance roadmap and translate them to GFC objectives. This role will work closely with the GFC Accounting Delivery teams and collaborate with Systems & Tools, Continuous Improvement, Business Finance, and other GFCs to ensure successful transformation.
You will collaborate with the Head of Accounting operations, peer Processes and SMEs to ensure effective and efficient streamlining of process operations and identification of cross-process synergies.

Main Responsabilities
Processes, Project support:
- Work closely with the Director GFC, to design and implement the Transformation roadmap for Accounting processes
- Review the design of the end-to-end processes for improvement opportunities
- Implement strategies for process optimisation and automation
- Establish Inter-process linkages, facilitate trainings and other initiatives to improve the Quality of Balance sheet through R2R teams
- Leverage existing technology and work with BPO (Process Owners) to enhance efficiency, drive improvements in quality metrics
- Support on Ideation, co-ordinate across Teams and Develop plan to execute key GFC level initiatives
- Understand Processes, develop data collection and analysis models
- Constantly benchmark the operations with peers within the organization to improve performance
- Present the Transformation initiatives in Management Reviews to secure the required support
Educational Requirements
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Mandatory:
- Chartered Accountant
- Audit/Article experience in Big 4
Desirable:
- Certification is one of the Automation tools Power BI, Power Automate, Co-Pilot, Advanced Excel
Experience
Mandatory:
- Previous Project Management experience in Accounting Operations
- Proven track record of involvement in Transformations Projects/ Programs
- Functional experience in improving the quality of Balance Sheet reviews
Desirable:
- Green belt in Six Sigma
- Experience in developing reports, workflows through Power BI, Power Automate and working on Co-Pilot

- Ability to see end to end Process, focus on one Region to drive improvements and develop the roadmap to implement across Regions/ GFCs
