Role: Treasury Relationship Manager
Role Overview:
Treasury Sales is the unit within Treasury that manages client transactions in Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rates, offering advisory on markets, risk management, and derivative solutions. This role focuses on building and managing corporate client relationships, driving FX business, and providing strategic market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Corporates / Financial Institutions viz. PE funds / FPI's to drive FX and derivative business.
- Advise clients on currency risk management strategies and market opportunities.
- Execute FX transactions, including hedging solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, etc.) to identify and convert FX opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and provide timely updates and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and internal risk management policies.
- Contribute to franchise growth by delivering value-added solutions and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (Finance/Marketing) from Tier-1 institute or CA (Ranker) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly FX and derivatives.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations related to Forex transactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Passion for financial markets and ability to learn continuously in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in Corporate FX Sales or Treasury Relationship Management preferred.
