We are looking for ambitious Engineering and MBA graduates to join our HR team as a Management Trainee Talent Acquisition. This 6-month full-time program is designed for high-potential individuals eager to kickstart a career at the intersection of people, business, and technology. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, work closely with business leaders, and develop a strong understanding of hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. Note: This is a full-time internship role. Candidates should be willing to work full-time as a Management Trainee for 6 months with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Support the complete hiring lifecycle sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding for non-technical roles
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice
- Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
Required Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, consultative approach
- High ownership mindset with excellent follow-up discipline
- Go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month full-time trainee program

- MBA degree (optional but preferred)
- Prior internship or exposure in recruitment, HR, or sales
