We are seeking a dynamic and driven Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This 6-month trainee program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from Tier 1 business schools who are eager to build a career in recruitment. you'll get hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, learning how to source, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Reporting Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
What we're Looking For:
- MBA from a Tier 1 business school is a must.
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a salesy and persuasive approach.
- Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
