Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:Support the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing:Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Engaging Conversations:Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice.
- Candidate Management:Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Reporting Analytics:Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
What we're Looking For:
- MBA from aTier 1business school is a must.
- Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a salesy and persuasive approach.
- Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
