Role Purpose
The Management Trainee – Talent Acquisition will support the TA team in end‑to‑end recruitment activities while undergoing structured learning and hands‑on exposure to hiring processes. This role is designed for an early‑career professional who is keen to build a strong foundation in recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and talent operations.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes against defined job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain candidate pipelines and trackers on ATS/Excel
Stakeholder & Candidate Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates for interview logistics and follow‑ups
- Support senior TA members in coordinating with hiring managers
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
Hiring Operations & Documentation
- Support offer rollout processes, documentation, and other formalities
- Assist in background verification (BGV) coordination and tracking
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and status reports
Learning & Process Exposure
- Shadow senior recruiters to understand end‑to‑end hiring cycles
- Learn recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratios, source effectiveness
- Support campus hiring, volume hiring, or project‑based recruitment initiatives as assigned
Skills & Competencies
Must Have
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts
- Good coordination and follow‑up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting
Good to Have
- Exposure to ATS or recruitment tools
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
- Prior internship or trainee experience in HR / TA
Education & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- 1-2 year of experience
