Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of - Management Trainee, SCM Inventory Audits

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Performing DC specific inventory reconciliations between the physical readings and ERP system

  • Establishing good communication channel between production plant & distribution centers and 3rd party sites

  • Identify, research, and drive timely resolution of reconciling items, EDI transmission errors

  • Ensure the Service Level Agreement/ Key Performance Indicators are met promptly.

  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting on the Volumes is reconciled and presented back to the group

  • Understanding the drivers for the EDI errors and driving conversations to help address the issues with right root causes and the actions are put in place

  • Monthly / Quarterly close to help meet the business objectives for the customer

  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to client%27s group to ensure financial reporting is accurate

  • Tracking and reporting of inventory data along with fulfillment of audit requests and inquiries

  • Customer service support for any of the queries between 3rd Party and the client.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience:
    Relevant experience in Supply chain Inventory planning.

  • Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

  • Proficient in inventory management

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Attributes:

  • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Team players with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
