Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Management Trainee / Assistant Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship management, and solution selling within the real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the End-to-End B2B Sales Cycle: Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to closure across commercial and industry projects.
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Actively prospect and engage with factory owners, warehouses, and Industries agencies to generate new business opportunities.
Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including procurement heads, project managers, and CXOs to influence decision-making and close large-scale deals.
Client Presentations & Solution Pitching: Deliver tailored presentations and business proposals based on the unique needs of each project and client.
Project Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and updated pipeline of current and uupcoming deals, tracking engagement and progress at every stage.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
Drive Sales Targets: Take full ownership of regional sales targets and work strategically to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
Reporting & CRM Management:
Log all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system, and generate regular performance and forecast reports for senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 1-2 years preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
