About the Internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Sales Support to assist the sales team in coordination, reporting, and operational activities. This role involves working closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to track ongoing activities, maintain reports, ensure timely follow-ups, and support the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is willing to learn, adaptable, and interested in supporting business operations, coordination, reporting, and process efficiency initiatives in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to support day-to-day coordination and operational activities
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities
  • Track ongoing tasks, follow-ups, and work progress to ensure timely completion
  • Help in preparing sales reports, tracking orders, and maintaining client databases
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational data
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business summaries
  • Update and maintain CRM systems, trackers, and internal databases
  • Conduct basic market, customer, competitor, or business-related research as required
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide coordination and administrative support as required
  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to operational timelines
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency activities

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a BBA or MBA (Marketing/Sales/General Management)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Interest in reporting, coordination, operational processes, and business support activities
