The Role

Our Management Trainee Programme is built for ambitious MBAs and post-graduates who want to launch their careers at the intersection of finance, technology, and real economic impact. As a Sales Management Trainee, you'll get structured, hands-on exposure across our core sales functions, learning how credit actually reaches India's smallest businesses before specialising in the track that fits you best.

What you'll do

You'll rotate across — and contribute to — our four sales engines:

  • Enterprise Sales — support partnerships with banks and large corporates to build co-lending and BaaS programmes.
  • Anchor Sales — help onboard leading brands and build supply-chain finance ecosystems for their distributors and dealers.
  • SME Sales — work directly with the MSMEs we serve, understanding their needs and guiding them through onboarding and credit.
  • Inside Sales — drive lead generation, qualification, and the pipeline that powers our growth.

Day to day, you'll prospect and engage prospects, prepare proposals and pitch materials, coordinate with credit and product teams, track your pipeline, and learn to own targets end-to-end.

  • How lending, technology, and partnerships come together to unlock capital for MSMEs
  • Consultative B2B and B2B2C sales across multiple customer segments
  • The fundamentals of credit, supply-chain finance, and fintech go-to-market
  • How to build and manage a sales pipeline with real ownership

Who we're looking for

  • MBA or Post-Graduate (recent graduates welcome — no prior experience required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • A bias for action, ownership, and a willingness to learn fast
  • Genuine interest in MSMEs, fintech, and solving the credit-access problem
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment

Nice to have

  • Internship or project experience in sales, banking, fintech, or B2B
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data/Excel
  • Regional language fluency (a plus for SME and field engagement)
