Responsibilities:
. Responsible for personal decisions of cases as per the laid down policies and procedures and maintain adherence to quality
. Lead Generation through DSA & DST, Understand data, raise requests for data and make reports on MS-Excel for management reporting
. Coordinate with various teams in driving Personal Loan Business / campaign launches in a quick time . Researching and bench-marking against competition product features and promotional activities.
. Plan and prioritize activities based on business objectives and B L impact & Preparing Sales MIS and other reports.
. Own and execute the Sales funnel and conversion and work with different teams on solution's to improve the same constantly
. Passion for knowing emerging Sales Trends BFSI Industry and identifying relevant opportunities. Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
