About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Management Trainees – Retention & Sales. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about client engagement, relationship management, and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and retain existing clients while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Effectively communicate with international clients with confidence and clarity
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
Deliver compelling pitches to prospective international clients
Drive new enrollments and contribute to revenue growth
Maintain strong follow-up practices to close leads and resolve concerns
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in client interactions
Key Requirements:
Excellent proficiency in English with strong communication skills
Confidence in handling international clients
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Effective pitching and sales skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
