Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Digital Ad Operations | QA Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ads Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role the objective is to improve the quality of service of the Ad Ops team and to minimize incidents and ensures the same by filtering all errors in campaign/creative set-up before campaign is launched.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Launch QA: Conduct thorough quality checks on campaign and creative setups to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform standards.

  • Error Detection: Identify and flag discrepancies or potential issues in campaign configurations, targeting, tracking, and creative assets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Campaign Activation Specialists, Campaign Managers to resolve issues and ensure timely campaign launches.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed QA checklists and logs for all campaigns reviewed, ensuring transparency and traceability.

  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback and insights to improve QA processes, tools, and documentation.

  • Incident Reduction: Contribute to reducing post-launch incidents by proactively identifying and mitigating risks during the QA phase.

  • Platform Knowledge: Stay updated on Ads platform capabilities, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/ communications/ business administration/ digital media or a related field.

  • Knowledge in Ad Trafficking / Ad Quality

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Understanding of campaign management process and ad functionality.

  • Sound understanding of the digital media ecosystem, social media and related fields.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic media is strongly preferred

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the online advertising domain.

  • Familiarity with ad serving technologies, ad networks, and digital marketing concepts (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, or similar).

  • Comfortable working in day or night shifts/ rotational

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong excel working knowledge

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Digital/CTV/OTT advertising platforms is preferred

  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript tags, and third-party ad tracking.

  • Understanding of digital media metrics and reporting.
