Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Management Trainee / Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with MSME clients, understanding their financing needs, and guiding them through loan and invoice discounting processes. The Management Trainee / Relationship Manager will support client onboarding, assist in documentation and eligibility checks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursals.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Corporates on the Company's platform, activating these corporates for transactions and maintaining relationships to maximize business opportunities and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- The person will be responsible for maximizing throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboarded corporates in his/her portfolio.
- The RM will be responsible for P&L for his/her respective portfolio - he/she should ensure profitability parameters and charges are optimized for each corporate relationship, and the portfolio overall.
- Support increase in throughput, outstanding, revenues, yields & other business performance metrics for the assigned geography for all products covered under the FinTech Umbrella.
- Growing the partner/distribution network and growing the under- tapped segments/companies/territories for business.
- Sourcing of MSME companies for supply chain financing Anchor Model/ Direct Lending.
- Willingness to travel, conduct visits, and verify business portfolios as necessary within the designated area.
- Organize loan events and activities to drive lead-generation efforts.
- Conduct client meetings, verify documents, process loan applications, and coordinate with sanction/disbursement teams.

- Manage financial of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation.
- Achieve sales targets in line with the target established for the area in terms of revenues & volumes.
- Plan, Forecast, measure, and report business volumes on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and build long-term trust.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of finance and lending concepts, especially related to MSME loans, invoice discounting, and credit assessment.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client accounts and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using mobile and web applications, CRM tools, and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or financial services is an advantage, though motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
