In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Talent retention and leadership pipeline.

• Perform end-to-end month-end close activities with minimal supervision.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses.

• Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions.

• Support audits by providing schedules and documentation.

• Mentor and guide Analysts on day-to-day queries.

• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting.

• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA - partly or fully qualified preferred).

• Relevant years RTR/GL experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Advanced MS Excel and ERP expertise.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
