In this role, Independently manages assigned RTR activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. Acts as a subject matter expert for junior team members and contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
Perform end-to-end month-end close activities with minimal supervision.
Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses.
Review reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Act as point of contact for specific entities/regions.
Support audits by providing schedules and documentation.
Mentor and guide Analysts on day-to-day queries.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance/Accounting.
Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA - partly or fully qualified preferred).
Relevant years RTR/GL experience.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Advanced MS Excel and ERP expertise.
Strong technical accounting knowledge.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
