Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive individual to support business development and sales initiatives through market research, client engagement, and execution of sales strategies. The role involves collaborating with teams, participating in client interactions, and analyzing performance data to drive business growth while building strong communication and analytical skills.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to pitch our products and services to potential clients.
- Learn and actively seek feedback to continuously improve your sales and communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and strategies for business growth.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Who Can Apply
- Currently pursuing or completed MBA in any field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and sales fundamentals, with a focus on customer engagement with attention to detail.
