Project Coordination & Implementation

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing client consulting and compliance projects.
• Support the development of policies, procedures, reports, and management system documentation.
• Work alongside consultants to understand client requirements and support project execution.
• Track project progress, maintain records, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.

Compliance & Management Systems

• Gain practical exposure to international management systems and compliance frameworks, including ISO standards, social compliance, workplace safety, environmental management, and sustainability requirements.
• Assist clients in preparing for certification assessments, buyer audits, and other compliance evaluations.
• Support the identification of compliance gaps and implementation of corrective actions.
• Help clients maintain documentation and ongoing compliance requirements.

Client Interaction & Field Activities

• Coordinate with client representatives, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in client visits, workplace assessments, inspections, and project meetings.
• Assist consultants during internal assessments and audit preparation activities.
• Support communication and follow-up with clients regarding project requirements and improvements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project reports, presentations, checklists, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist in reviewing assessment findings and tracking corrective action progress.
• Maintain organised records and support timely reporting to clients and relevant stakeholders.

Training & Professional Development

• Assist senior consultants in organising and delivering client training programmes.
• Develop practical knowledge of management systems, compliance processes, and professional consulting practices.
• Stay informed about evolving business requirements, industry practices, and international standards.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An interest in consulting, compliance, business operations, sustainability, or management systems.
• A willingness to learn, collaborate with teams, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Readiness to visit client facilities and travel for project-related activities when required.

Fresh graduates and candidates at the beginning of their careers are encouraged to apply.

Prior knowledge of ISO standards, social compliance, or auditing may be an advantage, but is not essential for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn.
