Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented to join our Programme Management function. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on structure, communication, and accountability. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that projects move forward on time, data stays organized, and deliverables are completed with ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Project Follow-Up & Tracking — Keep projects on schedule by monitoring timelines, following up with team leads, and reporting progress to leadership via dashboards and summaries.
Data Management — Own the organisation and accuracy of all programme data across platforms, consolidate team inputs into MIS reports, and document processes and SOPs.
Task Completion & Ownership — Drive tasks to closure with full accountability, resolve bottlenecks, support teams in unblocking deliverables, and maintain closure records.
Stakeholder Coordination — Serve as the coordination bridge between departments, manage cross-functional meetings with agendas and MOMs, and nurture key stakeholder relationships.
Programme Movement & Progress Management — Track overall programme health, monitor milestones, flag risks early, and prepare review-ready dashboards and status reports.
Who Should Apply
- Postgraduates in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets — comfortable with trackers, MIS, and basic reporting
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Prior exposure to internships in project coordination, operations, or healthcare is a plus
