Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Management Trainees to join our Consulting Vertical on ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Scheme of MoSME working closely on projects related to MSME quality, sustainability, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of ZED implementation and consulting projects

• Assist in research, documentation, and client coordination

• Work on assessments, data analysis, and reporting

• Engage with MSMEs and stakeholders for project delivery

• Support Sales / Business Development activities (lead generation, outreach, follow-ups)

• Contribute to process improvement and operational tasks

Eligibility:

• MBA with (B.Tech. or B.Sc. or B.Com.)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Interest in quality, manufacturing, consulting, or sales preferred

• Preference will be given to candidates with flair of AI or AI business application.
