Role: Business Development Manager – Private Client Group (PCG)

As part of our Private Client Group, you will work closely with senior leadership and experienced wealth professionals to understand the world of:

• HNI & Business Family Relationship Management
• Investment Advisory
• Capital Markets
• Wealth Planning
• Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Portfolio Understanding

This role is ideal for candidates who want exposure to both finance and relationship-driven business growth.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Interact with HNI clients, entrepreneurs and business families
• Support senior relationship managers in client engagement
• Build strong professional networking and communication skills
• Participate in business development and client acquisition initiatives

Financial & Investment Understanding

• Understand financial markets, investment products and wealth solutions
• Assist in portfolio reviews and client servicing
• Learn how investment advisory and wealth planning works in real business scenarios

Market Exposure

• Stay updated on market trends and financial developments
• Attend client meetings, events and networking forums
• Gain exposure to real-world financial decision-making

Learning & Growth

• Work directly with experienced leadership teams
