Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee Marketing, you'll rotate across different areas of client's fast-growing marketing function.
Expect To
- Campaign Execution: Support planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across social, digital, and offline channels.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with creators and influencers who align with client's brand voice.
- Content Coordination: Work with creators to develop briefs, track content delivery, and ensure brand tone and campaign goals are met.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on cultural and social trends to inform campaign ideas and influencer strategies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track performance of campaigns and influencer content, prepare reports, and share learnings with the team.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work with design, performance, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Brand Building: Contribute ideas for making client's voice bolder, more empathetic, and relatable to our audience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 02 years of experience in account management, creative agencies, influencer marketing, are welcome.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategic partnerships
