Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist team leads in overseeing proctoring operations for multiple customers.
  • Support shift planning, task delegation, and real-time team coordination.
  • Monitor day-to-day proctor activities and performance.
  • Assist in tracking and resolving escalations in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Monitor key customer service metrics such as CSAT and response time.
  • Identify root causes of issues and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain and update operational checklists and internal tools.
  • Participate in SOP creation and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Stay updated on product features and platform enhancements.
  • Support the organization of training sessions and workshops for new proctors.
  • Document performance feedback and training progress.
  • Learn and apply basic team performance management and coaching principles.
  • Compile team performance data and daily reports.
  • Analyze trends in support metrics and operational data.
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly stakeholder reports.
