Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and onboarding cooperative banks and credit societies.
- Support senior managers in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
- Participate in product presentations and client demos.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
- Travel across your region (7-10 days/month) for client meetings and demos.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Management with specialisation in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
- Final-year management students specialising in these fields may also apply.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the local/regional language is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
