Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training and mentorship to develop expertise in sales, business development, and client relationship management. This role prepares postgraduates and final-year students for future leadership positions by providing exposure to market research, fintech product adoption, and grassroots client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and onboarding cooperative banks and credit societies.
• Support senior managers in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in product presentations and client demos.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
• Travel across your region (7-10 days/month) for client meetings and demos.
  
  

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Management with specialisation in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Operations.
• Final-year management students specialising in these fields may also apply.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the local/regional language is mandatory.
