We work with 400+ brands and operate at the intersection of logistics, SaaS, operations, and commerce infrastructure.
We are hiring fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to how a startup operates across business functions.
This is not a narrow internship role. This is a structured management trainee role where you will work across multiple business teams before getting aligned to a long-term track.
What You'll Work On
Over the first few months, you will rotate across different business functions including:
- Client relationship management
- Sales and business development
- Marketing and outbound campaigns
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Customer coordination and follow-ups
- CRM management and reporting
- Research and execution support for leadership
You will get exposure to real customer conversations, growth execution, sales processes, and day-to-day business problem solving inside a fast-moving startup.
After the training period, you will be assigned a more focused track based on:
- Your strengths
- Business requirements
- Performance during the trainee period
Potential tracks may include:
- Business development
- Enterprise sales
- Account management
- Growth & outbound marketing
- Customer success
- Strategic partnerships
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and learning ability
- Curious, hardworking, and execution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Ability to take ownership without constant supervision
- Interest in startups, eCommerce, logistics, SaaS, or growth functions
Good To Have
- Internship experience in startups
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or AI tools
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
