Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
• Learn the policies, processes, and functions of different business units.
• Assist managers and team leads in daily operations and projects.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and team meetings as part of the development program.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and present recommendations.
• Shadow experienced staff to gain exposure to managerial tasks and responsibilities.
• Complete performance assessments and progress evaluations throughout the training period.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or final-year student with 0–1 year of work experience.
• Strong academic performance and leadership involvement in extracurricular activities (preferred).
