Program Overview
This is an 15 month Industry Integrated Program designed for high-performing students. You will work on live projects, receive paid training, and build core skills in your chosen function while being mentored by industry leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance: Support budgeting, MIS reporting, cost analysis, and financial documentation.
- Marketing: Assist in campaign planning, market research, brand activities, and digital initiatives.
- Supply Chain: Work on procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, and logistics optimization.
- Designing: Contribute to product design, creative concepts, and visual merchandising aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements and support daily operations.
- Participate in classroom training + on-the-job learning modules.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Score: 75%+ in current/previous degree
- Final year students or recent graduates in relevant fields
- Must clear company test and interview rounds
