Currice Foods operates multiple caf and catering formats across Bangalore, including the Currice Caf chain. We're known for serving freshly prepared, high-quality dishes across our growing network of outlets.

We are looking for Hotel Management graduates who are passionate about cafe operations, kitchen management, and food brand coordination. This is a hands-on role designed to provide real operational exposure and growth in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen and caf operations across outlets in Hebbal, Residency Road, Mission Road, and MG Road.
• Support menu planning, stock management, vendor coordination, and purchasing.
• Conduct outlet visits to ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency.
• Assist with new caf setups, kitchen trials, and process improvements.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, stock, and performance.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (fresh graduates welcome).
• Prior kitchen or caf internship/experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for food and caf operations.
