Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Management Trainee with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. This role demands excellent listening, problem-solving abilities, and persuasive speaking skills to successfully pitch ideas and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interact with clients to understand their requirements, concerns, and expectations.
  2. Input, update, and track customer data, sales activities, and opportunities.
  3. Use CRM tools to segment leads and plan outreach campaigns
  4. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  5. Actively listen to clients to gather insights and offer tailored solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and on time.
  7. Support in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals.
  8. Assist in client onboarding, account management, and follow-ups.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  10. Learn and adapt quickly to the company's products, services, and market positioning.
  11. Help in onboarding and upselling/cross-selling based on CRM insights.
  12. Participate in internal training programs to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  1. Familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools is a plus.
  2. Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
  3. A proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented attitude.
