About The Opportunity
A leading agri-commodity exporter in the global rice trade, we specialize in premium Basmati rice sourcing, processing, and international distribution across 40+ countries. We're scaling our global business operations and seeking high-potential talent to join our leadership pipeline — with exposure to cross-border trade, supply chain optimization, customer strategy, and market expansion in dynamic emerging economies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end international sales cycles — from RFQ processing to order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and post-sale client follow-ups.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align inventory, pricing, and compliance requirements for global markets.
- Conduct market research on export destinations, competitor pricing, and regulatory frameworks (customs, phytosanitary, labeling).
- Assist in preparing export documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, phyto certs) and liaise with shipping agents & customs brokers.
- Track global trade data, analyze sales trends, and assist in forecasting demand by region and product grade.
- Shadow senior managers in client negotiations, trade show participation, and overseas buyer relationship management.
