Management Trainee Intern Sales & Business Development | Unpaid | PPO Opportunity

Gurukulya is looking for a motivated Management Trainee Intern who wants to build practical experience in sales, business development, product demonstrations, team training, and leadership.

This is a 3-month unpaid internship designed for candidates who want to learn, take responsibility, and grow into a larger role within the team.

• Learn Gurukulya's product, sales process, and school onboarding workflow through structured training.

• Communicate with schools, understand their requirements, and conduct product demonstrations after training.

• Handle follow-ups and support successful school conversions.

• Gradually take responsibility for training and guiding other Sales Associates.

• Help new team members understand Gurukulya, the sales process, communication standards, and day-to-day workflow.

• Coordinate with team members and management and share work updates.

• Take increasing ownership of training, demos, and team-related responsibilities based on performance.

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Confidence while speaking with schools and team members

• Strong willingness to learn

• Interest in sales, business development, management, or entrepreneurship

• Ability to explain things clearly and train others

• Leadership mindset and sense of responsibility

• Self-discipline and consistency while working remotely

Freshers, college students, and recent graduates are welcome. Prior sales experience is not mandatory.

This internship can lead to a longer-term opportunity at Gurukulya.

Candidates who perform exceptionally well during the internship, demonstrate strong product knowledge, communication, leadership, consistency, and ownership may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) after successful completion of the 3-month internship.

This internship is unpaid and does not include a fixed stipend.

There isno registration fee, training fee, security deposit, or joining fee.
