What You'll Do
- Work on live business strategy, growth, and operations projects
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights
- Assist in building business cases, financial models, and executive presentations
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
- Represent fresh thinking in strategic discussions and leadership reviews
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IIM, IIT, or equivalent top-tier institution
- Pursuing MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (SQL or Python is a bonus)
- High ownership mindset someone who takes initiative and delivers results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup-like environme
