Job Description:
- Support for Policy Formulation and Implementation
- Support for Employee Engagement and Training Initiatives
- Assistance with Training Needs Assessment
- Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle from Start to Finish
- Issuing Offer and Appointment Letters
- Handling Documentation and Facilitating Employee Onboarding
- Completion of Annual Performance Appraisals, Crafting KRAs and KPIs based on Employee Input
- Guidance on Statutory Compliance Matters such as PF, ESIC, P.Tax, Gratuity, TDS, etc.
- Support with Payroll Processing
Duration: 6 months (Possibility of Extension Depending on Project Requirements)
Consolidated Stipend: Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month
Location: Kolkata
Qualifications: Management Graduate/Postgraduate/Graduate

- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong passion for Human Resource Management.
- Strong Capacity for Effective Communication in English, both Verbal and Written
- Demonstrated Capability to Perform Well in High-Pressure Environments
