MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - CLUSTER - KARANATAKA

Job Description :

We are seeking dynamic and high-potential individuals to join us as Management Trainees. This role offers structured and rigorous on-the-job training designed to provide comprehensive exposure to gold loan operations, branch management, compliance, customer service, and business development within the financial services industry.

1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers within the cluster, setting clear expectations and objectives to drive performance.

2. Performance Management: Monitor branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

3. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the cluster and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of branch staff.

4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing escalated issues promptly and implementing customer-centric initiatives.

5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, regional managers, and local communities, to support business growth and brand reputation.

Qualifications :& Eligibility :::

Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university from TIER 1 COLLEGE / B SCHOOL
(Preference may be given to candidates with MBA / PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Operations)

5.Strong learning orientation with the ability to adapt quickly to business and operational requirements

6.Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with branch teams and stakeholdersWillingness to undergo structured training and take on managerial responsibilities upon completion of the training period Will be Promoted as Management Roles as Cluster Managers
