Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee , Change Management

The Change Delivery Specialist is accountable for driving end-to-end execution of changes released by social media clients, ensuring smooth rollout, adoption, and operational readiness across vendor teams. The role oversees new launches, process transitions, and continuous improvements, enabling scalable change deployment in a fast-evolving environment.
This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Quality, Training, Product, Policy, and Tooling, to ensure alignment and seamless integration of updates. Responsibilities
.Lead end-to-end planning, readiness checks, and execution for all incoming changes.
.Drive cross-functional alignment between Operations, Quality, Training, Tooling, and Analytics teams.
.Conduct impact assessments to evaluate operational, workflow, tooling, and metric implications.
.Ensure seamless transition by managing dependencies, resource planning, and capacity alignment.
.Facilitate structured pilot testing, certification, or shadowing before full go-live.
.Monitor post-go-live stability, identify early signals, and drive corrective actions.
.Keeping in direct contact with VCMs and Vendor Manager on any feedback, callouts & help needed items
.Maintain change governance through trackers, RCA documentation, dashboards, and version control.
.Partner with client-side teams to clarify requirements, validate updates, and ensure compliance.
.Lead change communication-creating summaries, one-pagers, SOP updates, and rollout notes.
.Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending operational enhancements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Minimum years of experience in Trust & Safety process, preferably in change and transition management, including planning, rollout execution, adoption enablement, and post-implementation stabilization.
.Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or Quality Management) or equivalent experience.
.Strong project/program planning skills with the ability to build timelines, define milestones, allocate tasks, and govern delivery outcomes.
.Effective stakeholder management, working closely with policy, product, training, operations, tooling, and quality teams across geographies.
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate updates into clear messaging for varied audiences.
.Strong understanding of GenAI-enabled content moderation ecosystems and automation-based delivery mechanisms.
.Hands-on experience with LLM-driven guideline updates, prompt optimization, and refinement of AI-generated outputs.
.Ability to operationalize GenAI inputs into production-ready SOPs, training notes, and communication briefs for vendor teams.
.Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) with working knowledge of workflow, tracking, and documentation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Ability to proactively identify risks, assess dependencies, and implement structured mitigation strategies.
.Skilled in performance and execution monitoring, maintaining rollout traction, implementation progress, and WBR/MBR reporting.
.Strong knowledge of social media policies, content moderation, and community standards.
.Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
.Adaptability to quickly understand and incorporate changes in social media policies or client requirements.
.High accountability, structured documentation discipline, and a strong sense of ownership toward outcomes.
.Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across distributed and cross-functional groups.
.Adaptable and resilient in fast-evolving environments with shifting policies, product updates, and scale dynamics.
