We provide end-to-end solutions including architecture, legal advisory, financial structuring, and developer selection, making us a one-stop solution for housing societies and developers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with an Architectural (B.Arch) or Legal (LLB) background who can drive redevelopment projects from lead generation to deal closure.

This role combines technical understanding, legal awareness, and client-facing skills, making it ideal for candidates who want to work in real estate redevelopment and strategic deal-making.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification
  • Identify redevelopment opportunities (CHS societies, land parcels, cluster projects)
  • Conduct initial site assessments (FSI potential / legal feasibility)
  • Build strong networks with society members, brokers, and developers
2. Client Interaction & Society Meetings
  • Conduct meetings with society committees and members
  • Explain:
  • Redevelopment process
  • Benefits (area gain, corpus, rent)
  • Legal framework & timelines
  • Build long-term trust and relationships
3. Project Pitching & Presentations
  • Prepare and present:
  • Feasibility insights (FSI, layouts, development potential)
  • Legal roadmap (79A process, approvals, agreements)
  • Participate in AGM/SGM meetings and handle large group discussions
4. Developer Coordination & Negotiation
  • Invite and manage multiple developer proposals
  • Compare offers based on:
  • Commercial terms
  • Design efficiency
  • Legal conditions
  • Assist in deal structuring (LOI, corpus, rent, bank guarantees)
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with:
  • Architectural team (feasibility & layouts)
  • Legal team (agreements & compliance)
  • Finance team (project viability)
  • Ensure smooth project progression and documentation
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in:
  • Architecture (B.Arch) OR
  • Law (LLB)
  • 0–3 years experience in real estate / redevelopment / BD (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong interest in redevelopment & real estate strategy
Key Skills Required
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of:
  • FSI / planning regulations (for architects)
  • CHS laws / RERA / agreements (for legal candidates)
  • Presentation & client-handling ability
  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving
  • Confidence in field work & meetings
