Management Trainee (AdSales) - Affiliate Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners.
• Support the sales team in generating leads and managing client communication.
• Learn and apply Affiliate Marketing and AdSales strategies.
• Participate in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations as required

• Strong interest in Digital Marketing, AdSales, and Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic learner with good analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic understanding of online advertising or affiliate marketing (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
