Role Description

This is a hybrid internship role for a Management & Marketing Intern, based in Lucknow with some remote work flexibility. The intern will assist the founder in planning and executing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include coordinating projects, supporting strategic initiatives, and engaging with clients to maintain strong relationships. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both management and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and explore real business world
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management is a plus
• Proficiency in Research and Market Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Presenatation, Teamwork, and Organisational skills
• Knowledge of Content Creation, Strategy, and Branding is a plus
• Passion for learning and a proactive approach to tasks
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Tech or a related field is a plus.
