Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)
About The Role

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated managerial reasoning
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership principles
- Strong ability to evaluate decision-making quality and articulate tradeoffs clearly
- Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and recommendations
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Real-world industry experience in leadership or operations roles
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
