Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems trained on real-world business and management scenarios.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Evaluate reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models reason about managerial challenges
- Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and articulating tradeoffs clearly
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing structured, critical feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage your own time and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
