Position Overview
The Management Lead & Telecaller will handle both lead management and telecalling activities, supporting sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, and converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to domestic and international travel packages
- Manage and track incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and marketing campaigns
- Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions to prospective clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing to maximize conversions
- Coordinate with sales, operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in CRM or Excel
- Assist management with daily sales coordination and workflow monitoring
- Support documentation, payment follow-ups, and booking confirmations
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and service coordination professionally
- Meet daily calling targets and monthly conversion goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Experience in telecalling, travel sales, or lead management (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communication
- Target-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated approach
