We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern to support our US IT Staffing operations.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, client coordination, workforce management, reporting, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day management and operational activities of the US IT Staffing business.
- Support recruitment teams with candidate tracking, interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to recruitment metrics, placements, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and update internal databases, ATS, and CRM systems.
- Conduct market research on hiring trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the US staffing industry.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business proposals, and client documentation.
- Support compliance and documentation related to candidate onboarding and client requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies.
- Perform administrative and project-based tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or business operations.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, or recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle or US employment market is a plus.
