Job Description

Company Description VrajraVarahi Advance Research for Adaptive Human Initiatives (VARAHI) is a deep-tech research institution focused on converting systemic and environmental risks into practical survival protocols. The organization operates at the intersection of fundamental science and applied engineering, designing resilient, autonomous systems for extreme environments. Its work spans four core domains: Universe (space-time and deep physics), Technology (process integration and robotics), Human Survival (geographical and psychological resilience), and Societal Systems. VARAHI develops innovations such as unified energy systems, decentralized water generation, autonomous ecosystems, and specialized transport for challenging terrains, while also advancing professional development through intensive research and resilience programs. The institution collaborates with commercial partners, global deep-tech clusters, and national research foundations to deliver proprietary research, strategic risk consulting, and technology licensing.
Role Description The Management Intern role is a remote internship designed to support strategic and operational initiatives across VARAHI's core domains. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with project coordination, preparing research summaries and management reports, supporting documentation for partnerships and technology licensing, and contributing to planning for autonomous systems and resilience programs. The intern may help track milestones, organize internal workflows, and maintain databases related to energy systems, water protocols, logistics, and professional development initiatives. This role offers exposure to deep-tech research operations, cross-functional collaboration, and the practical translation of complex science into management-ready frameworks.
