About the Role
The role involves conducting in-depth research on target accounts and decision-maker personas, executing personalized outreach campaigns, and ensuring alignment with sales goals through targeted marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Account and Persona Research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and decision-maker personas, including technologies used, security solutions in place, pain points, buying triggers, and decision-making processes.
- Holistic Multi-Channel Outreach: Personalized outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other relevant channels to maximize engagement with target accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Deliver highly targeted, account-specific marketing programs in coordination with Business Head & Delivery Head that align with sales goals, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot and ChatGPT.
- Personalized Messaging Development: Craft customized content and messaging tailored to each target account and persona, ensuring alignment with their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as engagement rates, meeting set rates, influenced pipeline, and conversion rates, making continuous optimizations.
- Subject Knowledge: Dedicated focus to learn and adapt to the knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and the range of services that Network Intelligence offers. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to sharpen account targeting and messaging strategies.
- Proposal Creation and Presentation: Create proposals as and when required, draft client presentations and be ready to scale up to client facing business development role.
- Pipeline Contribution: Accountable for generating qualified meetings and contributing to sales pipeline targets through effective outreach and campaign execution.
- Conversion Impact: Responsible for measurable impact on opportunity creation and progression, not just outreach activity.
- Quality of Research & Messaging: Ensure that account research and personalized messaging meet a high-quality standard that translates into engagement and credibility with decision-makers.
- Execution: Deliver campaigns, reports, and proposals within agreed timelines and with high attention to detail.
- Collaboration & Alignment: Ensure close alignment with Business Head, Delivery Head, and Sales teams to maintain consistency of messaging, targeting, and campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer/IT Engineering) Engineering + MBA
- Experience: Freshers / candidates with 1 year experience

- Technical Skills:
- Excel for reporting
- PowerPoint for presentations
- Word for proposal writing
- Email writing skills are a must
- Use of AI tools and techniques
- LinkedIn, and emails for outreach.
