Job Title: Management Intern (L&D/ Analytics)

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Batch: 2026 Passouts

Location: Ahmedabad & Hyderabad

Internship Type: Paid Internship

Conversion Opportunity: FullTime Employment (based on performance & final assessment)

Program Overview

The Management Internship Program – 2026 is designed to create a strong pipeline of future professionals across Learning & Development (L&D), and Analytics. Interns will work on real business initiatives, gain handson exposure to corporate processes, and be evaluated through structured performance reviews and a final assessment. Highperforming interns will be considered for fulltime roles based on business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you will be aligned to one of the functional areas based on your background and business needs. Responsibilities may include:

    • Supporting daytoday operations and execution within the assigned function
    • Assisting in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and MIS preparation
    • Coordinating with crossfunctional stakeholders and internal teams
    • Supporting process documentation, improvement initiatives, and governance activities
    • Assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of functional programs or initiatives
    • Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation
    • Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and learning assignments
Functional Exposure Includes

    • L&D: Training coordination, learning program execution, content support, metrics tracking
Eligibility Criteria

    • 2026 passouts pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / MMS(Human Resources)
    • Strong academic background with interest in corporate and consulting environments
    • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fastpaced setup
Required Skills & Attributes

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical thinking and problemsolving ability
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling
    • High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
