Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and articulate Customer Support Executive to join our team for lead qualification and engagement. The primary responsibility of this role is to pre-qualify incoming leads by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assessing them based on predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Call and qualify leads using pre-set evaluation criteria.

Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and interest.

Respond promptly to clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Update and manage all lead information accurately in the CRM or tracking system.

Book site visits of qualified leads.

Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with clients.

Requirements

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to understand and apply lead qualification guidelines effectively.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first mindset.

Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

Freshers are welcome - training and guidance will be provided.
