The
Management Internship Program – 2026 is designed to create a strong pipeline of future professionals across
Finance, Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition (TA). Interns will work on real business initiatives, gain hands‑on exposure to corporate processes, and be evaluated through structured performance reviews and a final assessment. High‑performing interns will be considered for
full‑time roles based on business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As a Management Intern, you will be aligned to one of the functional areas based on your background and business needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting day‑to‑day operations and execution within the assigned function
- Assisting in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and MIS preparation
- Coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and internal teams
- Supporting process documentation, improvement initiatives, and governance activities
- Assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of functional programs or initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation
- Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and learning assignments
Functional Exposure Includes
- Finance: MIS, budgeting support, cost analysis, reconciliations, audits, and financial controls
- HR: Onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, engagement initiatives, policy support
- L&D: Training coordination, learning program execution, content support, metrics tracking
- Talent Acquisition: Resume screening, interview coordination, campus/open‑market hiring support, ATS updates, employer branding support
Eligibility Criteria
- 2026 passouts pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / MMS
- (Finance / HR / Human Resources / L&D / Talent Management / Operations or related streams)
- Strong academic background with interest in corporate and consulting environments
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast‑paced setup
