Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Management Intern role based in Bengaluru. The Management Intern will support daily operational and administrative activities, assist with research and consultancy projects, and collaborate with multiple departments to implement institutional initiatives. Responsibilities include project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and contributing to program development, while gaining firsthand experience and insights into the construction management domain.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Coordination, Organizational Management, and Operational Efficiency
- Proficiency in Research and Data Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Writing skills
- Familiarity with Construction Industry concepts and principles is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization

Stipend: 10000pm
Duration: 3 months
Post Internship, full time offer is available based on the performance
