We are looking for a sharp, data-driven MIS Manager to serve as the central operations intelligence hub at Matrix Geo Solutions Ltd. You will own all MIS reporting, dashboards, and cross-team coordination across our Drone, LiDAR, GIS/BIM, Photogrammetry, QC, and PMO verticals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports across all operations
- Create Power BI / Advanced Excel dashboards for CEO/MD covering project progress, productivity %, QC rejection %, SLA adherence & billing readiness
- Develop predictive MIS — delay risk alerts, workload spikes, delivery forecasting
- Collect & validate daily timesheets; track manpower utilisation % across all projects
- Maintain KPI dashboards per department, team lead & individual staff
- Act as central coordination node between Drone, LiDAR, GIS/BIM, AT, QC, HR, Finance & PMO
- Issue MOMs within 2 hours of every meeting; maintain indexed document repository
- Maintain ISO-compliant, audit-ready documentation for all projects
- Operational Risk & Early Warning MIS — daily Red Flag report for MD/CEO
- Billing, cost & revenue MIS; 30-day & 90-day resource forecasting
- Deliver minimum 2 new MIS automations per quarter (Excel Macros / Power Query / Power BI)
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 4–5 years in MIS, operational analytics, or a similar role
- Industry: GIS / Geospatial / Remote Sensing / Survey background strongly preferred
- Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Excel Macros, QGIS/ArcGIS (advantageous)
- Familiarity with drone survey, LiDAR, or photogrammetry workflows is a plus
- Strong communication, high ownership, and strict reporting discipline
