The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining operational databases, preparing

management reports, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely data analysis.

The role involves coordinating with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure

accurate reporting of supply chain and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Maintain and update operational databases and reporting dashboards.

Track inventory, procurement, and material movement data.

Monitor purchase orders, vendor deliveries, and logistics updates.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams for data collection.

Identify data discrepancies and operational trends and report them to management.

Develop Excel dashboards and automated reports for operational tracking.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of records.

Support management with data analysis for operational improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

13 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or operations support roles.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).

Familiarity with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

High attention to accuracy and detail in reporting.
