Role Description:

The Management Information System Executive will oversee the day-to-day management and reporting for various business systems, ensuring accurate and timely generation of management information reports. Responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data, implementing processes to optimize information systems, and collaborating with teams to ensure the smooth operation of MIS functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Reconcile data from different sources (Excel sheets, ERP systems, databases)
• Identify and resolve data mismatches or discrepancies
• Automate reconciliation and reporting processes
• Prepare accurate MIS reports and dashboards
• Work with cross-functional teams for data validation
• Maintain data integrity and consistency
• Prepare and Automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and update databases
• Analyze data and identify trends
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Build dynamic dashboards instead of manual reports
• Use tools/scripts to reduce repetitive tasks
• Maintain data pipelines and ensure accuracy
• Integrate data from multiple sources (Excel, databases, etc.)

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

Strong experience in data reconciliation

Basic knowledge of SQL

Good to have exp in python

Strong in automation techniques

Experience with reporting tools / ERP systems (if applicable)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Experience & Qualification

Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BSc, or related field)

Experience: 2 years

Banking, fintech domain experience preferred
